This semi private group class is designed to reacquaint you with your core postpartum.
There is more to your core than your abdominals! Your pelvic floor and diaphragm are key to building functional strength postpartum. This class will help you to tie it all together and understand how your core works, which is so important for preventing pelvic floor dysfunction postpartum.
The goal is to help you feel strong and confident to tackle any form of movement in the future.

Now that we have the basics covered, it is time to turn up the heat, and this class gets spicy!
Perfect for moms who want to get back to running and more intense forms of exercise or those who want to continue working in a small group setting with expert care.
A warm, welcoming space for mothers to connect, share, and feel truly supported. This group is led by a compassionate, down-to-earth counsellor and mother who creates an environment where every voice is heard and every experience is valued.
Born from honest conversations between two mothers—a counsellor and a pelvic health physiotherapist—this group grew out of a shared need for real, open dialogue around motherhood. It’s a space to be seen, held, and supported through the highs, the challenges, and everything in between.
